Acute large vessel occlusion accounted for
one out of three in patients with acute cerebral
infarction who arrive within first 24 hours of symptom
onset and associated with the worst clinical
outcomes and high mortality rates. Thrombolysis
treatment, intravenous (IVT) and endovascular
thrombolysis treatment (EVT), in the eligible patients
showed the benefit on clinical outcomes.
